We will accept returns on damaged or incorrect merchandise. We must be notified by phone or email within 5 days of receiving the item. At which time we will issue a return authorization number which must be included with the returned package. A full refund (purchase price plus return shipping) will only be issued upon return receipt of the damaged or incorrect item. Items returned without an authorization number or for any other reason than those stated above (damaged or incorrect) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and return postage will not be refunded.
